Ghouls are scavenger creatures that live in graveyards and traditionally feed on the flesh and blood of the dead. At times ghouls will change their diet and will feed on living humans instead of the dead. Ghouls can also take the form of any individual they have eaten, whether the person is still alive or already dead. A ghoul can resume a previous form they have taken as long as they still hold a piece of that person to feed off of. They may also have the favored form of a victim that they use as their regular shape.

Generally, when mortals or supernatural creatures die and do not accept their deaths because of unfinished business, they become ghosts until that which manifests them is resolved. In order to become a ghost, individuals must die and not accept their deaths because of unfinished business. Now, depending on their desire to continue living and their level of manifestation, some may become visible and have the ability to interact in the physical world.

Slayer was the title given to a human chosen by fate in the Slayer line, bestowed with mystical powers from an ancient demon. While known primarily as Vampire Slayer, the Slayer did not act only against vampires, but was a hunter of evil mystical forces in general. Slayers were often referred to as the Chosen One, as originally there was only one Slayer in existence at a time, the death of a Slayer being what allowed her powers to be inherited by the Potential Slayer next in line.

werewolves
Along with shape shifting, all werewolves possess super-human strength, speed, agility, healing, and senses, among other powers. Because a werewolf's powers are derived from the moon, the full moon will cause their abilities and emotions to be so heightened that many lose control of themselves, which can cause death and destruction if not handled correctly. For this reason, all newly-turned werewolves need to be taught in order to defend against the urges that the moon forces upon them, which will allow them to remain in their human form unless it’s absolutely essential to change.
In order to be a werewolf, one must either be born to at least one werewolf parent or be bitten (or, in some rare cases, deeply scratched) by an Alpha werewolf in order to change from a human to a werewolf. Conversely, these methods are not fail-safe to be successful; children of werewolves have been known to be born completely human, and in many cases, the Bite has actually killed their human recipients rather than convert them into werewolves.
A werewolf is strongest when in a pack with one Alpha (who is the leader of the pack) and at least three Beta werewolves total, which constitutes a basic pack; in most cases, there is usually a defined hierarchy within the pack. The Alpha draws power from their Betas, and vice-versa, which makes them stronger, more mature and more effective in battle. Werewolves without a pack are known as Omegas, who are usually regarded as weaker as and easier to defeat and/or kill than their Beta and Alpha peers, who have packs to back them up, though this is not always the case. There are enough werewolves in reality that the community even has its own culture, which includes legends and folk tales passed down through the generations, mystical rituals for certain events, and societal protocols for how to deal with intense situations, such as how to respond to the death of one of their fellow pack mates.

It includes the practices of many cultures, nations and religions as well as many books and writings dating back to ancient times. Depending upon the individual, some witches practice their power by certain belief systems, such as Shamanism, Voodoo, Wicca, or any number of other magical practices from countries and cultures all around the world. Although the majority of traditional witches are commonly portrayed as being kind and selfless humans who use their powers to maintain balance within the earth, it has been proven that some witches are independent thinkers who may go against the Balance of Nature by practicing their powers for dark and sinister or selfish deeds.
The origin of witchcraft remains unknown, however, it is known that witches have existed for many centuries passing down their knowledge and skills through generations of family lines. Contrary to popular belief, witches do not receive their powers from demons, nor do they worship the Devil. Instead, witches consider themselves "the Servants of Nature," as they make it their duty to maintain balance within the world.

Vampires, are a race of blood-drinking supernatural creatures that were once human. They live forever, and several depicted vampires are hundreds of years of age or older. They also mate for life. Their diet is based strictly on blood. Although they prefer human blood, humans aren't the only animals that they can drink from. Vampires must keep their victims alive or else their blood becomes toxic to them. However, some vampires will live off of donated blood bags because they don't want to kill a living being. Vampires can only be killed by beheading, where they leave behind a corpse that can be examined to find their vampire teeth.
Vampirism is spread by the intake of vampire blood or by its direct introduction to the human blood stream. in terms of ingestion, a certain quantity is required to cause the transformation, bearing in mind getting splattered blood on the lips may result in some entering the mouth, becoming mixed with saliva, and winding up swallowed.
Newly turned vampires are always confused and disoriented, especially whereas adjusting to the overwhelmingly sharp senses and sensitivity to light. Bloodlust usually sets in after, and drives the newly turned vampire into a killing spree. They then normally seek the one who changed them, known as their maker, and usually accept them as their person in charge. Most develop or are incorporated into a nest or hive mentality. These newly turned vampires are still half-human until they drink their first blood.
